The Response for FirstNet platform is a mobile situational awareness platform designed for day-to-day and emergency operations, facilitating communication, collaboration, and coordination among teams and user groups.

The platform's overarching channels feature allows users to categorize information into operational containers and control access by inviting selected users to share and view the data. This functionality enables organizations to efficiently manage multiple operations, departments, sectors, or investigations concurrently.

Response for FirstNet comprises three distinct modules that can be acquired separately. The Locate module offers a geospatial solution that delivers real-time user positions, static markers, shapes, directional capabilities, and live traffic information on a map interface.

The Connect module serves as an interactive information-sharing workspace where teams can exchange texts, videos, whiteboards, documents, audio files, and photographs. Users can annotate and draw on these items and benefit from integrated to-do lists/task management features.

The Activate module is a user-friendly emergency notification and team mobilization tool. Users have the option to accept or decline activation requests and receive turn-by-turn directions to the incident location along with essential details.
